UWA este echivalentul canadian al CZW ... Exista deja un topic despre aceasta federatie in sectiunea Internationala insa ma gandeam sa o aducem si aici - http://www.onlinesport.ro/forum/showthread.php?t=69776

Revedeam zilele trecute un meci din CZW Best Of The Best 2006 in care H8 Club au infruntat echipa UWA formata din Lionel Knight si Christopher Bishop ... 2 tineri extrem de promitatori si un meci de echipe asa cum ar trebui sa arate un meci de echipe in pro-wrestling ...

UWA il au de ceva timp in roster (pe langa foarte multe superstaruri din CZW si X-Division-ul TNA) si pe Ultimo Dragon ... El si cu Jerry Lynn sunt "veteranii" acestei companii si in aceasta federatie evolueaza parca cu mai multa tragere de inima decat in toate celelalte federatii in care i-am vazut ...

Ultimo Dragon cel putin e din nou la nivelul la care era in timpul WCW, se misca incredibil, parca nu a imbatranit o zi!

UWA is moving up in the ladders all over the world, i do not think it will replace ROH soon but with cards such as these i am sure that they increased those chances of getting someday out of the underground area and reach the mainstream. These interpomotional shows seem to be the key out of anonimity.

They had that whole UWA vs CZW thing, now they're going over and doing UWA vs Japan ... awesome stuff!

These 2 shows may be the ones that solidify UWA as one of the top indy promotions in North America.

I encourage anyone who has never seen a UWA show to try and make it to this amazing double-header.

The future is looking bright for the UWA.

Is not like that, you know? I enjoy now and then a good spotfest or some ground wrestling even if it is in a school yard but i don't overdo it. Besides mainstream is mainstream (more like sports entertrainment) and indy is indy, more like oldschool or spotfest. I never said i will not watch indy, i just don't do it always with pleasure and i tend to stay away from it.

video-ul ala e bun, dar sa fim seriosi, nu asta e UWA. Multe nume mari acolo, multe manevre tari, dar sunt convins ca in UWA mai mult de jumatate din show sunt necunoscuti. e un best of, si-i normal sa puna doar partile bune. Daca unul ca mine, care vede pentru prima data UWA, ar vedea acolo cativa pe care nu i-a vazut niciodata si nici n-a auzit de ei, ar fi la fel de curios de ce se intampla acolo, cum e cand ii vede pe Liger, Hero, Shelley, si altii ?
arena pare ok, peste salile de sport din IWA.

Am vazut 2 show-uri UWA, sunt decente, iluminarea insa e dezastruoasa, zici ca sta unu' cu lumanarea deasupra ringului. Cam la nivelul CZW de acum (doar ca CZW are rosterul propriu iar UWA aduc multe vedete Indy) ... oricum show-uri mai bune decat IWA Midsouth sau PWU, atat ca lupte cat si ca valoare a productiei.

degeaba are propriul roster, daca pierde in permanenta cei mai importanti oameni ( ROH, PWU ). Foarte putini wrestleri buni in CZW, si aia folositi prost. Rosterul actual mi se pare slab, chiar foarte slab. Multi tarani grasi paraleli cu wrestlingul, cativa DMeri buni care nu-s in stare sa faca un meci normal ( exceptiile sunt Drake si Vortekz ), o divizie la echipe plictisitoare ( nu cred ca a fost vreun meci la echipe pe care sa-l vad in intregime in ultima vreme ), si cativa buni. Se zice ca CZW ia rookie din IWA si apoi ii face mari. In afara de Chuck Taylor si Ricochet ( desi nu are nimic iesit din comun Ricochet ) nu vad pe cine ar putea "lansa". De Ruckus n-am zis nimic, a ajuns in rosterul ROH si in scurt timp va parasi CZW. Totusi, mi se pare prea apreciat, si sa aud ca-i de nivelul lui Homicide mi se pare o aberatie.

Ruckus e peste Homicide ca si abilitati in ring, problema lui e ca nu poate scapa de mentalitatea asta de lucha libre ... la el toate manevrele trebuie sa se termine cu un Arm Drag sau un Leg Scissors ori o proiectare care sa nu doara dar care sa te umileasca.

Homicide insa te pocneste de nu te vezi si e credibil ... in stilul lui New Jack ... he stabs you to death, then pees in your eyesocket while setting you on fire :D
