It's the IWA King of the Deathmatch tournament that Foley won but with ICP doing the commentry, basicaly taking the piss. Pretty funny.

The description above by lynny is not entirely accurate, it is not simply the IWA KOTDM that Foley won. It has a few matches from it, but there are a couple matches from other IWA events as well. I'm buying a hard copy of this if I can track it down, it's hilarious.
