I remember this match, kinda tough to watch because it's clear as soon as Nate Webb comes out to the ring you can tell he's at a stage in his career that he doesn't want to do this ultraviolent sh*t anymore ;)

Nate Webb belonged in the deathmatch group, he put on some of the more entertaining ones I've seen (find Mid American Wrestling Hardcore Cup 2003 Nate Webb vs. Dysfunction if you can). My problem isn't with the weight class getting involved in deathmatches, it's them taking advantage of guys like Nate who are afraid to say "no" when they don't want to do it anymore. If you agree to do one deathmatch, they'll assume you'll agree the next 100 times they ask you, so if you don't know when to turn down the offer, you get... well, this.
