Yeah, I've been using this for a while, so much easier than going through all that other crap you had to do before.

Only thing you have to remember is to change the file extension to .flv (add .flv to the end of the filename) each time you download.
Haha, I always forget.

Also, if you wan't too play the files in Windows Media Player instead of that VLC player you can convert the file using:

So you can convert to .wmv, mpg, avi and alot of other formats too.

Trebuie sa instalezi un codec care se numeste ffdshow...dupa ce il instalezi, o sa iti mearga. Procedura a fost prezentata de catre Pepsi-Cola prin trimitere la un anumit link.

1.Aici ai codecul: http://mirror01.x264.nl/x264/ffdshow-2546-gcc4.0.3-sse-x264.nl.exe - descarca-l si instaleaza-l.
2.Trebuie sa descarci si "chestia" asta: http://animeamanga.com/hosting/nsv_x264.zip - extrage-o in locul unde ai instalat winamp-ul, la plugins...ceva de genul: C/Program Files/Winamp/Plugins.
3.Dupa ce ai terminat cu primii doi pasi, te duci la start--> all programs-->ffdshow-->vfw codec configuration - dai click pe el, apoi selectezi decoder-->crop (pe coloana din stanga)-->H.264 (in dreapta) - si selectezi: set all stable formats to libavcodec.

You must install a codec named ffdshow and you'll get those nasty .nsv files to work. You must have Winamp Player to play those.

1. This is where you'll find the codec http://mirror01.x264.nl/x264/ffdshow-2546-gcc4.0.3-sse-x264.nl.exe . Download and install.
2. You must also download this http://animeamanga.com/hosting/nsv_x264.zip and copy it in your Winamp Plugins folder - for example C:/Program Files/Winamp/Plugins.
3. After doing that you go to Start--> all programs-->ffdshow-->vfw codec configuration , you click that , select decoder --> crop (on the left side) --> H.264(on the right side) and select set all stable formats to libavcodec.

Now you're good to go!

MEGAUPLOAD has limits for countries other than USA and Canada.

So,I'll teach you how to bypass that in easy steps.

1.You download this file made by me,which will allow you to download with no problems from MegaUpload with Internet Explorer.

Open My Computer, click on Tools -> Folder Options, go to View and uncheck Hide extension for know file types. See if the extension changes. If not ... you have a problem. :)

Sometimes when I upload a file, I forget to compress the audio and it becomes delayed. Audio compression may be required on some files before converting them.
So this may not be your fault. See if anyone else who downloaded the same files as you has experienced the same problem.

Do you know if this site has some sort of function that detects files that have already been uploaded by other users? I just uploaded two CD-length parts of a video and it was done, like, instantly. I downloaded one of them to check if it's good and it is. Also, I'm now uploading the third part and it's only working as normal. What the hell?

Only hotfile has that function,non of other hosts has them but if the file is already blacklisted then the system auto-recognizing that file and automatically deleting it.

Login, go to [Profile], then to [My Money], then [My pre-approved payments] (which has [update] next to it) then you'll see the subscriptions, which you can then cancel.

I have a bad feeling about my FS account then. :mda: I tried doing that and couldn't find an active subscription for Fileserve (I had it paid through mid-February). I'll have to contact Paypal and see what's up.

TAH - If you can find the original payment (by extending the date of your search) it will have a transaction number on it, by phoning Paypal you can give them this number, and they can check if it is still an active subscription or not.

Though in saying that, whether it is active or not, it should still be on the subscription page as either 'active' or 'cancelled', so I do find that kind of odd, let me know what they say when you ask them though, could be handy information if it ever happens to anyone else too.

DJ suggested Rapidshare once he can get something going (and seeing as he is one of the biggest uploaders, you can probably expect to see more stuff on Rapidshare among others). I'll be waiting it out, but I think it probably will end up being the site of choice for a while, unless something happens with Mediafire.

Plus I am sure other uploaders would start using Rapidshare more, if more people requested it, which I think we should as it is a great service already for free users, so I imagine the premium service is even better.

1st time this happened just after the main event of lesnar vs overeem (standard 700x400 hdtv x264 mp4) at the start of the prelim they showed to kill rest of ppv time.

2nd time this happened was in between the round 1 and round 2 of diaz vs condit (standard 700x400 hdtv x264 mp4)

3rd time was as seen in pics above... inside mma 720p from yesterday, luckily this time rudos did not fail until almost the very end as bas was saying god speed and party on :)

i stream via wired network or play via external drive both 720p & 1080p m2ts/mkv/wmv/mp4 files all the time and they dont fail like rudos has been lately :no:

sure if i re-encode the rudos it displays the duration correctly on xmb (see the screen above) and does not suddenly fail while playing... its a pain in the ass though and i am strapped for time as it is! can someone please tell claudio to start using mkv! there is no advantage in using mp4 for h264/x264 files.... apart from wbay only itunes and porn sites use that shitty container!

i used to have 1.. picked up gears of war pack in late 06... after 3rd time it rrod on me it had just run out of warranty. dealing with those currys on the xbox tech support line was utter hell so i said goodbye to the failbox and got myself a 40GB fat around mid 07. that lasted until late november last year; i have a 320gb slim now :)

PS3 Software is inadequate in everyway, and without knowledge of what containers are streamable WITHOUT transcoding on the fly (.ts/.m2ts) a simple remux of the .mp4 will allow you to use the releases for your needs, which dont reflect, the needs of everyone else.

They didnt design there internal software with every container and situation in mind, which is why custom firmwares (kmeow 3.55) provide new apps such as Showtime Media Player which is a superior option for playback directly from original containers and uses a very similar decoder solution to the pc options such as ffdshow filters.

If you insist on using streaming software to send video to your console, use PS3 Media Server 1.4+ with your .mp4 container swapped to *.ts / *.m2ts with TSMuxer GUI, this will provide you with a streamable container with NO RECODE required, because the core codecs for video and audio are fine and so is the mp4 container, they just didnt meet your needs which are very specific.

The TSMuxer GUI container swap takes all of 1-2 minutes tops on the larger 720p titles RUDOS releases, and even less on the majority of the HDTV.x264 releases.

Try approaching problems with the intention of finding a solution and not complaining.

1st of all its dead obvious by the play icons next to each title on the xmb I AM USING PS3 MEDIA SERVER... latest version 1.50.00- i have been using this and tversity for years, basic software that i understand how to use completely.

i do not insist on using streaming software to send video to the console, i have several external hdd/ipod/flash drives and have tried copying the mp4 files to ps3 hdd and playing from there also.

rudos 720p is only around 4000-6000kbps with 192kbps AAC audio! i can stream to console over the network (wired) or split with mkvmerge and play right from external or ps3 hdd a video with these specs perfectly...

as i said before im playing 720p & 1080p mkv/mp4/wmv/m2ts files through the ps3 all the time with no problems, the same error occured on my brothers and 2 friends consoles via streaming and direct hdd so its not my system, hardware or network but a compliance issue with the source file!

remuxing mkv is no probs but mp4 files is easier said than done, u would know this had actually u tried or tested your releases...

im not complaining or bullshitting here, rudos files always played perfect on the ps3 until recently. i thought nothing of the duration glitch on the xmb until the data corrupt fail started. im sure there are plenty of wbay members that have non-jailbroken ps3 that can easily confirm this issue as i pointed out 3 files that each play up to a specific point!

u can remux/demux/transcode/multiplex/no encoding etc. whatever till your eyes bleed and the same data corrupt fail will happen on the 3 files mentioned at those specific points. please prove me wrong so the next time i download a full event by rudos theres no need a full re-encode :ok:

no duration glitch here and streams perfect over ps3 media server with a steady a birate of ~ 10mbps so no loss in quality at all!
