What do you like to download from this forum?

Some of us have been users on this forum before the "MultiMedia" section was here.
Others perhaps became users here 'cause they were drawn by the wrestling media that was so easy to get. I would like to know what kind of media do you prefer to download and watch.

Ok. Let's get to the point: for about two weeks I've been uploading weekly shows. So far there was no great interest shown for them and I was wondering if I should keep doing this. What do you think?

Hey everyone - 1st Post here. I've been drawn here looking for the rare matches (mainly WWE-WWF & WCW). I've not got Sky (live in the UK) so I go to WWE's site just to update myself on what's goin on (i watch the videos and read the results/review of Raw and Smackdown). Doing that is enough for me instead of d/l the weekly shows. Having said that, I appreciate greatly that u upload the weekly shows. Maybe i'll d/l one, as well as a PPV from time to time. Keep up the good work Reaper!

^ Welcome ... you're gonna find tons of rare matches here, especially the indyz cuz those are quite hard 2 find and it pits soon 2 be stars! Just search the forums for "Extrem de rar" because that means "Extremely Rare Matches and segments" ...

IMPORTANT:
The server I used for uploading NYR and this week's Raw experienced problems because of the high number of downloaders. I could only assume that a lot of guests are downloading the non-exclusive shows that I upload. I had no problem with that in the past.
But NOT anymore: as from now on everything I upload is Exclusive. And those of you who ask for the links and receive them please don't leach anymore. The admin is a friend of mine, but if his server drops again then it's back to megaupload and I don't realy want that.

yes, i tottaly disagree with the number of posts here, i think is enough that he register, it shows enough interest. Please do not use this kind of regulations anymore. If you think the trouble is too much to upload then do not upload it anymore!

Soon we will have an international area for discussions but i will never agree with a certain number of minimum posts to get a match. I want this to be free ad it shall remain like this, no effort except maybe registering ...

Okay ... The number of posts was supposed 2 be something that would prevent heavy leeching but I dropped it ... so anyone who didn't get it from Reaper could get the download from me as well ...

My mistake ... This is a FREE FORUM and it shall remain like that!

I'm for a thread where we could speak exclusively ENGLISH and I would suggest that "What would you like to download from this forum" should be our International Conversation thread since we can't make an international topic for every single discussion thread that we have on the main page and we can't turn this forum into an English one! Think about it and reply on that one!

I am asking one of the mods to please close the threads I have pointed out so far (and also write this in the Rules Thread). We've talked about this before and know I'm trying to get rid of the dead links.
If you see a match that you would like to download ask for it preferable in this Thread as I am not only going to point out the dead links, but download everything else as well; so if you see anything on this forum that you like there is a good chance I might have it.

no, we have changed it a little. We let the users add alternative, working links for those treads with dead links. We also added to the problem treads the - expired links in the tread name. Pls do not reply in those treads, it brings them up and the first page will be full of expired links

Ever since megaupload started useing this limited number of slots policy the download speeds have greatly increased.
I just got an Ultimate X Match from megaupload and my download speed reached 500Kb/s. That's ... WOW!!

Nu. Au sloturi limitate. Adica poti sa nu astepti deloc, sau daca sunt multi care download-eaza (adica se atinge numarul maxim de sloturi disponibile) atunci trebuie sa astepti pana termina unul dintre download-eri.

da, stiu, dar mi-e lene sa refac totul la alte dimensiuni plus ca am incercat ieri de la birou sa fac upload la meciul ala si dintr-un motiv straniu se blocheaza pe megaupload si pe rapidshare invariabil la 14.2 mb si meciul are 42 mb. :( De acasa nu prea pot face upload ca se taraie cu 25k/s.

reaper, mai bine imi faci o vizita si iti dau tot show-ul JCW, nu numai partea cu intro. Poate ii poti face tu upload.

6. Informatii aditionale vor trebui postate incepand cu data de 01.martie.2006 de catre orice media poster sau altfel topicurile vor fi sterse!

numele show-ului/meciului/home video-ului/etc. incluzand data unde este posibil.
Dimensiunea si numarul fisierelor
Cel putin un scurt comentariu despre material sau meciurile din show
mentionarea posterului original (daca este cazul) chiar si in cazul show-urilor de tip exclusive show.

Un uploader* mai intai downloadeaza showul/meciul apoi, daca este necesar, il converteste pentru ca in final sa il uploadeze. In caz ca vorbim de un Exclusive Download atunci uploader-ul va trebui sa trimita cate un PM fiecarui downloader care cere show-ul/meciul.
Un downloader cere showul/meciul (daca este Exclusive Download) si apoi il downloadeaza.
Insa se pare ca aceasta munca il extenueaza pe bietul downloader. Acesta s-ar putea gasi in situatia ca a cerut un show/meci care nu indeplineste standardele sale. Cum este posibil asa ceva?! Dupa ce ca downloader-ul a depus atat de mult efort ca sa ceara showul/meciul nu va putea folosi link-urile, fie ca show-ul este uploadat pe un site care nu-i convine, fie ca are o marime necorespuzatoare, fie ca sunt 3 link-uri in loc de 2 (cat ar fi vrut downloader-ul). Cineva trebuie tras la raspundere pentru aceasta neglijenta. Vina bineinteles ca i se atribuie uploaderului care a uitat sa specifice marimea, calitatea si site-ul pe care se afla showul/meciul.
Desi fac multe uploaduri, uneori iau si eu postura de downloader si mi se pare normal sa cer urmatoarele:
1) uploader-ul va trebui sa specifice capacitatea salii in care se tine show-ul si gradul de ocupare (in procente)
2) uploader-ul va trebui sa specifice costul de productie al showului in moneda aleasa de downloader.
3) uploader-ul va trebui sa specifice numele luptatorilor in ordine alfabetica sau cronologica (in functie de dorinta downloader-ului)
4) la cerere uploader-ul va trebui sa specifice varsta luptatorilor precum si adresa acestora.
5) uploader-ul va trebui sa specifice gradul de flexibilitate al podelei, dar si al fraghiilor.
6) uploader-ul va trebui sa specifice numarul de artificii care s-au folosit pe parcursul show-ului.
7) uploader-ul va trebui sa prezinte o lista cu melodiile de intrare ale luptatorilor.
8) uploader-ul va trebui sa fie pregatit sa uploadeze oricare melodie din acea lista daca i se cere acest lucru.
9) uploader-ul va trebui sa trimita cate un PM catre fiecare potential downloader in care sa anunte deschiderea unui nou Thread.
10) periodic uploader-ul are obligatia sa trimita CD-uri si DVD-uri catre downloaderi petru ca acestia sa nu-si suprasoliciteze calculatorul, sa nu consume prea mult curent sau pentru ca acestia sa poata folosi banda de internet in alte scopuri mai interesante.

Nu eu te pun sa faci exclusive dowloads. Intelege ca multi fac leeching si eu m-am saturat sa apara tot felul de nebuni pe forum sa zica ca e fisierul lor. In plus unele show-uri au o calitate mizerabila, nu sunt ce se asteptau oamenii sau au fost leech-uite. Si marea majoritate a omis sa mai dea credit pentru show-urile cu leeching.
Iar o exceptie este in neregula, ceilalti membrii simtindu-se nedreptatiti.
Asta este o evolutie fireasca!

Da! E cam dura faza cu stersul topicuirlor ... nu putem avea pretentia unor fisiere de o calitate extraordinara pe un forum in care majoritatea linkurilor sunt de pe Megaupload sau rapidshare ... Daca vrei sa stii exact calitatea luptelor pe care le vei vedea si vrei sa ai certitudinea ca totul e uploadat la o calitate buna, te inscrii pe pwtorrents si gata ...

Insa aici, eu sunt multumit sa obtin unele chestii destul de rare chiar si la o calitate mai naspa, chiar si incomplete, chiar si fara card, chiar si fara data la care au avut loc, chiar si fara credit ... NUMAI SA LE POT DOWNLOADA!

reaper, nu inteleg oricum de ce sari in sus, oricum tu faci asta deja si am luat model post-urile tale cand am conceput regulile. Nici eu nu ma refeream la mine (pt ca scriu toate informatiile pe care le gasesc despre un show, desi nu si despre fisiere). Ma refeream la ceilalti uploaders (non-leechers) carora ar trebui sa le recomanzi sa dea detalii despre un show, dar nu sa-i obligi sa faca acest lucru.
Gandeste-te ca un downloader daca cere linkurile oricum va afla nr de fisiere, marimea lor si site-ul pe care a fost uploadat show-ul. Si cat de greu este pentru un downloader sa scrie cateva litere ca sa primeasca linkurile?
Chiar ai de gand sa stergi orice Thread care nu contine informatiile necesare?
Ne-am chinuit atat sa facem un forum cu Media accesibila oricui si acum vrei sa "alungi" uploaderi cu o asemenea regula extrema?

NU se pune problema sa sterg tread-urile decat daca posterul insista sa nu respecte regulile. Sunt convins ca altii vor aduce informatiile necesare in caz ca posterul nu poate pune la dispozitie informariile legate de show/meci. Uita-te la batista da man cat de mult a scris. It's because the options don't sum up ... you can choose more options and so, the total can be more than 100% ...

I don't know if I made myself clear enough ... it's just that the percentages are not cumulative ... I could explain this better to you in Romanian, especially cuz I'm workin' with percentages, market sharing and stuff like that but I hope you understood somehow!

Many users complained that there is a problem with sendspace and they were right to do so. At this moment some links work and some don't. I will provide you with the links that you ask for, but I will not check them.
We can only hope that they will solve their problems soon because I don't want to go back to megaupload.

I was about to merge two of my partitions: D:\ (55Gb) and E:\ (10Gb). While this usually requests formating the two partitions, using Partition Magic, however, may avoid the formating.
What you need to know at this point is that my roommate receives internet through my computer.
Ok. So merging the two partitions required a restart and the process started in Dos. Meanwhile I could not provide internet to my roommate so he was kind of upset. And patience is not one of his qualities.
So the process was at around 30% and he came and started pushing all kinds of buttons on my keyboard and somehow he aborted the process. This led to losing all data on my computer.
I lost: all my series of Survivor and all my Wrestling Media (a couple of shows that js requested and the rest of the shows I was about to upload).
Well, that's that! Life goes on.

full length pay per views are what I'm looking for because as a fan for the last 8 years, i've developed a interest in watching historic wrestling events and pay per views have created a lot of the greatest matches and moments in wrestling history. I especially like to see the old WWF events before the name change and blurring out the Attitude era logos and events.

This forum is great and has a lot of great full PPV events to collect and watch over and over again.

First of all, you can't come here and say stuff like that ... I am trying to provide the forums with loads of ECW shows and matches as ECW was and may still be my favourite wrestling promotion out there ...

Also, Reaper delivered tremendous full shows from ECW's glory days at a tremendous quality, stuff that you can't really find on other forums cuz I have access to both www.owmf.ru and www.obsessedwithwrestling.com forums' special media sections and I'm tellin' it like it is cuz I know my s^$^ ... so before acusing, please browse the forums for a little bit!

So that covers the whole ECW requests issue ... We don't have all the ECW shows but I sure as hell am tryin' to get as much as I can and we surely have more than other forums! So stop complaining, the shows are very hard 2 find!
